However, most people spend the majority of their day inside, so it only makes sense to bring nature inside. Cut flowers, pieces of wood, rocks and other natural elements can create a feeling of nature indoors.
Bring green plants into your home. Houseplants not only bring life to your place they are good for your health.
Paint with color. If you rent, this may not is probably not an option however, for those who can change your wall color, don’t just stick with a neutral palette. Color can be used to set the mood of a space or to show your personality.
Decorate using your senses. Put artwork on the wall for visual stimulation. Use fragrance, such as, essential oils to reduce stress, play with different textures for touch and add calming sounds for a pleasant environment in which to relax.
