Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase with Create Lavender and for supporting us and our vision. You are truly appreciated. We also understand that sometimes things aren't what you had hoped for so, here are the rules for returns and refunds.
Order processing time: This typically takes 1 -3 business days, which are Monday – Friday. There is no processing of orders on holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We normally ship with USPS First Class and/or priority mail.
Please note: You will receive your order anywhere from 5 -10 business days from the date that is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
15 day return policy.
We will gladly accept your return of an unworn, unwashed, unused, or undamaged or defective item within 15 days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Exceptions / non-returnable items: All gift cards, art, lingerie, swimwear, custom orders, perishable items, altered items, clearance items, edible items, personal care goods (such as beauty products),items marked final sale, downloadable items and purchases made after 15 days (of receipt) are not eligible for return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are at the Purchaser's expense and must be shipped via pre-paid label provided by Create Lavender.
Once the item is returned and has been inspected, your card will be promptly credited (minus the initial shipping charges) and a return credit receipt will be emailed to your email address.
Create Lavender is not responsible for items lost during shipping. However, we will fully assist with filing a claim with USPS, providing a tracking number and any other information needed to resolve the issue.
For items marked as delivered; we are unable to offer any assistance.
The refund will be in the same method of payment as your order minus the cost for shipping. Once the item is safely returned and inspected, your card will be promptly credited (minus shipping charges) and a return credit receipt will be emailed to your email address. Please allow 10-14 days for a full refund due to processing.
- REQUEST RETURN
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your refund request. A return shipping label, Reason for Return packing slip and instructions will be emailed to you.
Apply the pre-printed label to your package and drop it off at the nearest USPS location. Also include the Reason for Return packing slip which will be emailed to you with your return label request.
The refund will be in the same method of payment as your order minus the cost for shipping. Once the item is safely returned and inspected, your card will be promptly credited (minus shipping charges) and a return credit receipt will be emailed to your email address.
Please allow 10-14 days for a full refund of your returned item.
