Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. If there is an unexpected or significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Method: Orders are generally shipped through USPS. Available shipping services may vary depending on the order and destination.

Estimated Shipping Time: Most orders arrive approximately 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate. The estimated 5–10 business day delivery timeframe begins after your order has shipped, not on the date your order was placed.

Occasionally, carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside of Create Lavender's control.

Free Shipping: Orders that meet the qualifying purchase amount for free shipping will be shipped using our standard shipping method. The available shipping service will be displayed at checkout.
