SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time

Most Create Lavender orders are processed within 4–5 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare, package, and ship your order. It does not include the shipping carrier's delivery time.

Because some of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches, certain items may require additional processing time. If an item requires a longer processing period, we will note this on the product page whenever possible.

If there is an unexpected or significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped through USPS. Available shipping options and rates may vary based on your order and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please remember that estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not on the date your order was placed.

Most orders arrive approximately 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of Create Lavender's control.

RETURNS

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In the same condition in which you received it
• Free from damage occurring after delivery
• In its original packaging, when applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Before sending an item back, please email info@createlavender.com to request a return.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Digital or downloadable products
• Altered products
• Clearance or items specifically marked Final Sale
• Made-to-order products identified as non-returnable on the product page

Additional products may be designated as final sale when clearly stated on the applicable product page before purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We carefully prepare each Create Lavender order, but occasionally something can go wrong.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@createlavender.com.

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging, when applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

If a return is required because of an error by Create Lavender or because an eligible product arrived damaged or defective, Create Lavender will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

RETURN SHIPPING

For standard returns that are not due to an error, defect, or damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When applicable, Create Lavender may provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Create Lavender or otherwise required by applicable law.

Please keep your return tracking information until your return has been received and your refund has been completed.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less any applicable shipping or return-label charges.

Please allow up to 10–14 business days after the refund is issued for the funds to appear on your account. Processing times vary by bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances outside of our control can occasionally cause delays.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@createlavender.com.

While Create Lavender cannot control shipping carrier operations, we will assist you with available tracking information and, when appropriate, help with the carrier's claim process.

PACKAGES MARKED “DELIVERED”

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check around your delivery location, including porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, and other secure areas
• Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or others who may have accepted the package
• Confirm that the shipping address provided with your order is correct
• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information

If you still cannot locate your package after completing these steps, please contact us at info@createlavender.com. We will review the situation and help determine what options may be available.

A package being marked “delivered” does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request an eligible return, email info@createlavender.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Item(s) you would like to return
• Reason for your return

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Please do not send merchandise back to Create Lavender without first receiving return authorization and instructions.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If you need to cancel or make a change to an order, please contact us at info@createlavender.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered production, has been personalized, or has shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
